Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
Treat yourself to some healthy breakfast at home or in the office. Cereals are among the most nutrient-rich sources of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and iron. Spice them up with dried fruit and stay healthy!
Here is the recipe to get your day off to a healthy start:
Muesli with berries, yoghurt or milk
Prep and cook time: 5 min
- Blueberries (or banana!)
- Yoghurt or milk
Put the yoghurt or milk into the bowl and scatter over the berries (and or banana), muesli and sunflower seeds.
