Green smoothies are a very healthy “snack” which help to detoxify your body. They are so easy to prepare and perfect for your busy days. It takes just a few minutes to make it so no more excuses 🙂 Take care of your daily intake of vitamins now!

Ingredients for your green smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 pear
  • a few lettuce leaves
  • water

How to make it?

Cut fruits into cubes, place all ingredients in a food processor and add water. Blend everything for about 30 seconds. Your green smoothie is ready. Enjoy! 🙂
